A minor change in linking practice at http://blog.consultdba.com

Until recently, all the posts at http://blog.consultdba.com were being back-linked to http://consultdba.com. (Which means clicking on the post’s header will take you to www.consultdba.com)  As I received multiple emails complaining about this practice, this practice is discontinued with immediate effect. From now onwards, clicking on the header of the post will take you to a full page view of the post itself only.
