SQL Server 2016 Management Studio Installation

One of the difference of SQL Server 2016 installation than it’s precedes is that Management Studio is not an available installation choice during SQL Server 2016 installation. This is possibly to make it explicit that there is no need to install client tools like Management Studio on the Server itself where SQL Server related services are running.
